Return Policy

Our general policy is that we do not accept returns on any food products for health and safety reasons.

However, if you received a product in error and it is not what you ordered, you can return that product to our store in exchange for the correct product. The product being exchanged must be new and unopened or the exchange will not be accepted. If a product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible via phone (860)581-8725 or email ( holson@essexoliveoil.com ) and we will make arrangements to replace the damaged items.
